Hi, I'm JC Sanchez

This Is My Story 

I’m a music executive and strategist based in Miami, Florida, with over a decade of experience helping artists transform their creative passion into thriving careers. My journey started at Florida State University, where I recorded hundreds of live concerts while earning a degree in Information, Communication, and Technology.

My passion for helping artists isn’t just professional, it’s deeply personal. Growing up, I saw how music could inspire, connect, and transform lives, yet I also witnessed how many talented artists struggled to navigate the complexities of the industry. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to guide artists through this journey, helping them not only be heard but thrive.

After moving to Miami, I co-founded Art House Records with Grammy-winning producer Julio Reyes Copello, helping establish it as a hub for creativity, artist development, and music production. After, at Sony US Latin, I managed groundbreaking projects in artists like Camilo and Nicki Nicole, contributing to their global success, and I helped superstars like Marc Anthony, Romeo Santos, and Carlos Vives, continue writing new chapters of their iconic legacies.

From there, I joined Meta as a Strategic Partner Manager, where I worked with some of North America’s top artists to grow their audiences and deepen fan connections through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Oculus. Then, at Spotify, I was the International Music Strategy Lead for Latin America, shaping strategies that amplified artists’ voices across borders, elevating them to new heights.

Now, I dedicate my time to helping artists not only be heard but thrive, empowering them to build sustainable, impactful careers in music.
